Small habits, confident leaders

Leadership begins in everyday choices: keeping a promise, including someone new, or taking responsibility when things do not go as planned.

Give girls opportunities to practise. Invite her to plan a family activity, lead a group task, or make a thoughtful decision with your support. Reflect together on what worked and what she would change.

A young leader does not need to have every answer. Learning to listen, ask for help, and treat others with respect is just as important as speaking with confidence.
